GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS


All materials whether loose or on pallets have to be stored in a covered area and protected from UV and sunlight. Damage to the material may be caused due to improper storage and high temperatures.


Application of materials should be avoided in case of extreme weather conditions like sand storm or rain. the ambient temperature during application should be between 50C and 450C.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS


  • The surface to be free of any loose material such as sand, aggregate, oil etc. Clean surface can be achieved by application of brush.
  • Sloping bays/ridges must be prepared as per the roof slope and specifications.
  • The required number of bags of cement and water are mixed together for about 3-5 minutes and then required amount of chemical should be added.
  • The mixed stuff is then sent into the foam compartment where high pressure air is induced which is in turn makes the mix light weight foam.
  • The foam is then pumped to the job site where is spread and smoothly trowelled as per slope of the roof/etc.
  • The initial setting time of foam concrete under present whether is 12-24hrs. extensive curing for minimum of 3 days is required by spreading the hessian cloth onthe finished surface and keeping it wet.
  • The area has to be barricaded and isolated to ensure its integrity until the recommended time of curing is completed.
