APPLICATION PROCEDURE
- Cleaning the Roof
- Covering the Parapet if required and fixed all the utilities on roof like, drain outlet etc..
- Application of Polyurthane Spray as per Authorities requirements
- Brush /Roller Apply Rubberized coating on above the entire RU Foam
- Loosely laying geotextile separation layer
- Fix ridges in panel to maintain slope from the top to drain outlet with using cement sand mortar
- Costing GGBS Screed to slope and same finishing with power float
- Groove cutting with heavy duty grinder and filling the RU Base sealant with all the joints in screed
- Fix all the angle fillets along with parapetrnechanical duct openings and pre utility up stands
- Fix canvas cloth as a re-enforcement all over the angle fillets and up stand
- Apply Polyurthane base final coat above the screed
